Delivery Timeline:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan). Remote areas may take 4–7 business days.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and confirmed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation message (SMS or WhatsApp) once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available across Pakistan. You pay only upon delivery — no advance payment required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery.

Delays:
Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or courier disruptions. AlHikmatherbs is not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched. We will keep you informed if any delay is expected.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched. You can track your order via the courier's website or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Address Issues:
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of order. AlHikmatherbs is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address before dispatch.

Refused Parcels:
If a COD parcel is refused at delivery without valid reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs in next order. Habitual parcel refusals may result in order restrictions on the account.

Remote Areas:
We deliver to all courier-serviceable areas in Pakistan. For very remote areas not covered by standard courier services, please contact us before placing your order.
